Return Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

We are not able to offer returns on items that have been removed from their sealed packaging. 


To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@JordanDistributors.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will always do what we can to make the situation right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

 

All sales final on sale and discounted items.

 

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange the item that you have, please send us a message via the contact us tab at the top of the website and we will be happy to help. 

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless stated by us prior to the return
